Rotel CD11MKII CD Player

The CD11MKII continues Rotel's 30-year tradition of offering quality electronics at the right price. The rugged steel chassis protects the proprietary Rotel transport mechanism, designed exclusively for compact disc playback, from interference. The CD11MKII's smooth, quiet loading mechanism and precise laser pickup are controlled by a state-of-the-art motor for the finest reproduction.

Digital-to-analog conversion is handled by a high-quality Texas Instruments PCM5102A 32-bit/384kHz DAC (digital-to-analog converter), which passes the information to custom-designed digital filtering circuitry. This circuitry is optimized for sound quality, resulting in a large sound image.

The front panel features the most commonly used controls along with a graphic display showing playback status and disc metadata information, including title and artist. Outputs are both RCA analog and coaxial digital. The remote control completes the equipment of this CD.
