The shipping price depends on what you buy, the number of packages, their weight and volume and the shipping address. Read below the services we offer, add the products to the cart and there you can find out the total cost (standard delivery).
Standard Courier, Express
We ship throughout Italy, delivery within 1—2 working days at the address indicated, or 3—5 days for large household appliances (eg washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators).

For some products there is free delivery, you can check it directly in the card of the product you wish to purchase.
Standard and Express couriers deliver on the roadside. Once the goods have been entrusted, delivery times are 24—72 hours depending on the destination. The express courier already includes full product insurance. When picking up the goods from the courier we recommend that you sign subject to control if there are doubts regarding the integrity of the package.
If free delivery is foreseen, you can find the information in the product sheet or by adding the item to the cart.
For shipping by standard and express courier, there is no notice call before delivery.
Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 20.00 and can be scheduled directly from the courier's website.
As soon as your order is processed you will receive a link through which you can:
- choose the day and time of delivery (with windows of only 30 minutes);
- keep you updated on the arrival time of the package;
- check and confirm the delivery address (if not recognized by the system);
- re — schedule an appointment in case of absence.
Tracking the order: when your order is entrusted to the courier you will receive an email or an SMS with the tracking code, depending on the courier used, to follow your order 24 / 24H shipping.
Delivery Attempts
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a second free attempt will be made the next business day. If delivery is not possible on the second attempt, the order will go into storage at the courier's warehouses - up to 5 working days . After this period, the product will be sent back to Kelso Store.
In this case we will contact you for useful information to facilitate the delivery by the courier, before the courier sends back your order.
Important notes on the acceptance of the package
Upon delivery it is essential to sign the proof of delivery to the courier - it will be useful in case it is necessary check who has made the withdrawal.
If the product packaging is damaged , we recommend that you still accept the delivery and verify the integrity of the product.
Any damage to the product must be reported to us within 8 days from the date of receipt . In these cases, do not throw away the packaging which will be used to manage any return.
Floor delivery and specialized services for large appliances

Delivery within 6—7 working days - only by appointment , so you can organize yourself in the best possible way and agree on the day of delivery.
