Rotel DT-6000 Diamond Series DAC Converter CD Player - Silver

The Rotel DT-6000 player is very original, a top player, and it includes many interesting features, thanks also to the extensive connectivity. Equipped, first among the electronics of the Japanese manufacturer, with a Sabre ESS9028 chip as DAC, it has XLR and RCA analog outputs in differential configuration, and optical, coaxial and USB-B digital inputs so as to transform it, if necessary, into a capable DAC to which any digital source can be connected.

The capable custom-made toroidal capacitor has completely separate branches for the analog and digital sections, with differentiated stabilization and capable electrolytic capacitors, of the same quality as those used in the RA-6000, particularly oversized for the analog output sections. Another very well-finished aspect is the isolation techniques of the various circuits between them, to avoid unwanted crosstalk or the injection of radio-frequency disturbances. The mechanics adopted are custom-made for Rotel, decoupled from the chassis, and with a levitating reading system, to avoid errors during reading.
