Ventilated cooking: The combination of ventilation and circular resistance allows you to cook different types of dishes together without mixing odors and flavours.
Ventilated cooking + grill: the action of convection cooking combined with that of the grill allows fast and deep cooking necessary for large volume foods.
Steam cooking 100° c: The virtues of steam for healthy and nutritious cooking. Suitable for all delicate dishes (vegetables, fish,...) and for all low temperature cooking (sous vide or jar cooking).
Steam cooking 130° c: A special program to regenerate your dishes which uses steam to restore the correct humidity, combined with hot air between 70° and 130°C.
Ventilated cooking with steam injection: strong>It is used for cooking and defrosting food. It guarantees quick and effective cooking, without changing the color or shape of the food. Three possibilities can be selected:
Grill: To quickly gratin the surface of the food.
Ventilated grill: The action of the fan combined with that of the grill allows fast and deep cooking necessary for large volume foods.
Eco ventilated cooking: Program with low energy consumption, ideal for reheating and for food which require delicate and progressive cooking.
