With Küppersbusch steam ovens it will be easy to become a light cooker. They work without pressure and with optimal steam distribution. Vegetables, fish and meat keep their flavor unchanged and are cooked very delicately thanks to uniform heating. Why steam cook? There is no lighter way of cooking than steaming. The taste and aromas are very intense. The color and shape of the food remain unchanged. The healthy aspect of steam cooking: The mineral substances remain almost completely intact, the nutrients and active substances are not depleted. Furthermore, with uniform heating through steam your food is cooked without drying it out. And for pre-cooked foods the following applies: the lost moisture is brought back into the food thanks to steam cooking or heating.
Küppersbusch ovens with the combined steam function allow both steam cooking 100% steam using a combination of steam and ventilated air. We have its own suitable function for each food!
STEAM COOKING with 100% steam:
< p>Steam cooking with temperatures from 30°C-100°C is perfect for cooking fish, vegetables, fruit, rice, potatoes or dumplings. Fish cooked at a temperature of around 70° C for example is a delicacy not to be missed! But even desserts such as Crème Caramel or other delicate dishes are easily achieved thanks to the constant and exact steam temperature.Combinations between steam and ventilated air p>
Combined steam cooking:
The interaction of 50% steam and 50% forced air creates the ideal climate for flans, puddings and souffles and for regenerating already prepared dishes.
Vario steam cooking:
For the preparation of bread, meat and poultry, the various steam cooking function with 25% steam and 75% ventilated air is suitable.

Baking and toasting produce fat, cooking odors and suspended substances which dirty the entire inside of the oven and leave ugly traces of grease. The oven fan pushes air polluted by grease, odors and suspended substances through the catalytic converter. In this way all undesirable substances are completely converted into water and carbon dioxide. This keeps the oven much cleaner and only clean air comes out of the oven.
