Originally designed in 1971, Panthella features a hemispherical top screen that directs light downward onto the trumpet-shaped base which in turn reflects the light, providing a pleasant, glare-free light. The Panthella 320 table lamp has a 320mm diameter shade and is ideal for providing exceptional light in many different environments.
Lighting system
The device emits a soft, comfortable and glare-free light. The versions with a metal finish direct the light directly downwards, creating a pleasant illumination thanks to the white painted internal screen and the reflection coming from the trumpet-shaped stem. The opaline acrylic produces a diffused and comfortable light thanks to the translucent screen, the downward reflection from the internal screen and the reflection from the trumpet-shaped stem.
