Design and Construction
The chassis, made of MDF with a textured black vinyl finish, integrates a steel plate glued underneath for optimal resonance control and superior rejection of acoustic feedback.
The four Delrin feet provide isolation mechanical and an effective earthing system.
Precision Motor and Mechanics
The 24-pole AC synchronous motor (300 rpm) offers high torque and extremely quiet operation. It is housed in a separate assembly made of steel and machined aluminum to minimize interference.
The inverted bearing uses a hardened stainless steel shaft and Rockwell 60 chromium balls, which rotate in a phosphor bronze bushing and rest on a PEEK thrust disc. The belt's lateral load is perfectly centered to eliminate any wobble.
