The VPI Avenger Plus adds an improved Fatboy tonearm, peripheral ring, speed box and rim drive assembly To satisfy those looking for a step up from the Avenger but aren't quite ready to go all out on the Avenger Reference, the Avenger Plus is exactly what it says on the tin. An Avenger "plus" some solid upgrades that make it a step up from the standard Avenger. Using technology from our massive Titan turntable, we've added the Harry Weisfeld Signature Rim Drive motor assembly. Featuring an improved design to make it easier to use than ever before with an adjustable knob to move the rim drive mechanism that's powered by the included Analog Drive system. Plus, the tonearm is taking a step up with the Nordost Reference wired JMW 12-3DR and a peripheral ring clamp.

The VPI Avenger frame is made of three layers of bonded acrylic/aluminum/acrylic, with damping material between the layers, held together by 3 insulated steel corner posts, 3 bolts and the massive bearing assembly. The corner posts holding the arms (up to three) have adjustable machined knobs that give the user the ability to easily raise and lower the height to level the table. The fully adjustable arm mounts are made from 5/5" 6061 aluminum for rigidity and grounding. The table can accommodate up to three arms, any brand and length!
