10'' Carbon Tonearm Manual Turntable - The Entry to the World of RPM

The RPM 3 Carbon uses evolutionary improvements to enhance the performance of the RPM series: a low-resonance chassis contains an inverted ceramic ball platter bearing for further reduced rumble. An external 15V AC motor is smoothly driven via an ultra-precise AC generator with DC power for further improved speed stability. A 10" S-shaped tonearm tube is made of carbon fibre, aluminium and resin. Using a complex 3-stage process with heat treatment and 100 bar pressure, the rigidity of the tonearm tube is strengthened, internal damping is maximised and resonances are minimised. This makes the tonearm also suitable for MC cartridges. Further features are a magnetic anti-skating mechanism and a damped TPE counterweight.

The RPM 3 Carbon is available with or without an Ortofon 2M-Silver cartridge. A super-shielded, semi-symmetrical, low-capacitance Pro-Ject Connect it E phono cable is included.
