In a traditional setup, for the best sonic integration, locating the sub between the front speakers, next to one of them, or near the rear wall usually provides the best bass performance. Under the couch! Great for those who want the sub heard but not seen! How does the "under the couch" position affect the sound? This is where the magic of Paradigm engineering comes in… its back-to-back dual woofer bipolar design is inherently vibration-cancelling for exceptional resonance and reduced distortion, no matter where it’s placed – even hidden under the couch.
