This 60 cm built-in electric oven from the Professional Series, equipped with Total Steam, offers the largest cavity in its category: 76 litres. Thanks to its 11 functions, it is ideal for cooking at medium-low temperatures, as in the case of leavened products or recipes that require slow cooking, such as casserole cooking. Static cooking is perfect for cakes, while ventilated cooking ensures uniform heat distribution on all five levels for roasting and baking without the flavors mixing. The infrared grill guarantees intense searing and grilling on large surfaces. Controlling the oven is easy thanks to the practical metal or metal knobs with titanium finish and the simple TFT display, guaranteeing excellent flexibility in choosing the cooking mode. This display also allows simple management of the food probe and the Bertazzoni Assistant. The door is equipped with silent opening, a metal or titanium finish handle and quadruple athermal glass which ensures safety and efficiency. The refilling operation does not require interruption of the cooking program. Simply remove the tank, pour in the water and put it back in place.
