Inspired by the kitchens of the best restaurants, with knobs with a particular ergonomic design, the Professional Plus cooking ranges bring the best qualities of robustness, ergonomics and operability into the domestic space, offering various options for setting up the hob and the possibility of a double oven. The choice between different sizes between 60 cm and 150 cm, standard or custom colours, metallic finishes, allows for perfect insertion into any furnishing context.

Hobs for all tastes

The hobs offer a wide range of configurations, allowing you to choose an ideal solution for every need and desire, with professional quality technologies: diversified gas burners with power from 1.8 to 5 kW, gas Fry Top with thick stainless steel plate, cast iron Coup de Feu plate with rings, induction glass ceramic plate.

The ovens: large in size and performance

Whichever single oven or double combination you choose, you have all the space you need, even for cooking large dishes. For example, the 60 cm oven has an internal volume of 65 litres and the 80 cm one offers you a capacity of 97 litres!

Professional knobs: visibly functional

Created exclusively for the Professional Plus blocks, the knobs are entirely made of aluminium with a larger diameter and particularly clear and legible graphics. Thanks to the special knurling, derived from experience in professional cooking, they convey a pleasant sensation of control and can be easily used even with gloves.
