The JBL Studio 698 is the flagship floorstanding speaker in the company's impressive Studio 6 line. It features dual 8" PolyPlas® woofers in a dual-port enclosure for deep, powerful bass, plus a dedicated 6" midrange driver. High frequencies are handled by a 1" horn-loaded tweeter with HDI (High Definition Imaging) waveguide technology that delivers detailed sound across a wide listening area.

It is recommended that this speaker be powered by high-current amplification from a quality power amplifier or integrated amplifier for best performance. Dual post-speaker terminals allow for bi-amping or bi-wiring.
