JBL L100 Classic, an iconic loudspeaker
In 1970, JBL released the iconic L100 loudspeaker. Over the years, the L100 has become the best-selling speaker in JBL's history. In 2018, we're proud to bring you the JBL L100 Classic, a modern take on an erstwhile legend. The Classic features vintage styling, including a retro-inspired design and iconic Quadrex foam grille, along with newly developed acoustic technology and design for elite performance. The 1-inch titanium dome tweeter is coupled to an acoustic lens waveguide for optimal integration with the 5-inch pure cellulose cone midrange directly below it. Powerful bass is provided by a 12-inch pure white cellulose cone woofer in a bass-reflex enclosure, tuned via a single front carrier tube. The L-pad high and mid-frequency attenuators on the front panel preserve the classic characteristics of this iconic legend.
