The Helos 12 is a high-resolution in-ceiling loudspeaker with a 1-inch neodymium soft dome tweeter mounted on a steerable tweeter stem, aluminum cone woofer, and proprietary Vojtko crossover topology.

Designed to aim at the listening position

The Helos 12 features a high-resolution neodymium tweeter mounted on a steerable tweeter stem that easily points toward the primary listening position. This design allows the audience to enjoy the highest levels of audio performance in the drop ceiling, while still providing rich, detailed sound throughout the room.

Installer Friendly

A robust mounting lock system allows for quick and hassle-free installation. When not in use, the constantly-controlled mounting locks are held securely within a self-contained housing. When moved into position during installation, they securely couple the speaker chassis to the ceiling. And if the speaker is ever removed, the latches retract and lock back into place.

Each Helos 12 speaker ships with a full-size installation template with quick-reference instructions and die-cut guides to mark the cutout hole.

Stealth Grilles

MartinLogan's new Helos speakers feature ultra-low-profile, paintable micro-perforated grilles, with no visible frame for nearly invisible integration into any wall or ceiling. A magnetic system easily secures the grilles in place, reducing the risk of warping or damage during installation.

Precision Vojtko™ Crossover and Advanced Topology

Painstakingly handcrafted using only the finest polyester capacitors and air-core voice coils, the crossover employs MartinLogan's proprietary Vojtko topology for extremely low distortion and seamless driver integration.
