The complete cinema experience

For many people, the cinema is just a place with a big screen and expensive snacks, but there is more, which is usually not visible at all: the surround sound system. It all started with a simple three-speaker setup in the 80s and evolved into object-based systems with up to 20 speakers. With the M6x 250.11 you can easily create a Dolby Atmos home theater setup (your active subwoofer is powered separately). You can connect your AV preamp/processor with fully balanced RCA or XLR cables. The XLR connection also improves sound quality and maintains clean signal transmission.

The Musical Fidelity M6x 250.11 will not only impress you with its sound quality, but also with its high-quality metalwork and overall clean appearance. The front panel, in black or silver finish, is a custom-made thin aluminum extrusion.

Connection

The M6x 250.11 offers one gold-plated RCA and one balanced XLR input per channel. If you have XLR outputs on your preamp, we always recommend using a balanced connection. This type of signal transmission results in increased dynamics, less noise, and improved signal-to-noise ratios. The gold-plated, isolated speaker output terminals accept 4mm banana plugs, spade connectors, or bare wire. The trigger input/output allows you to turn the device on/off via other components.

Power

Our new multi-channel amplifier is modularly constructed with a 250W per channel class A/B amplifier stage for the main channels (C, RF, LF) and 150W per effect channel. We designed our amplifier to sound extremely natural by retaining all the transients and micro information. The super-quiet audiophile power transformer delivers clean power, which results in a high dynamic range and a detailed soundstage. This is an important feature for a home theater amplifier. The M6x 250.11 is able to preserve all the details and emotions, regardless of the volume. Thanks to the sophisticated heatsink design, the M6x 250.11 does not need a fan to keep the amplifier cool. Despite its great power, you will never hear any fan noise coming from the amplifier.
