DualSteam - An all-round talent for uniform results

Perfection according to taste: as the ideal complement to the oven and hob, the Miele steam oven guarantees ideal cooking results. Quick heating and cooking times and even steam distribution make food preparation easier. This is possible thanks to the powerful external steam generator (3.3 kW) and the special arrangement of the two DualSteam steam nozzles.

Sous-vide cooking - Sous-vide cooking

Even and gentle cooking: in Miele steam ovens, food can be prepared using the Sous-vide cooking method. Vacuum-packed meat, fish or vegetables can be cooked directly in the steam oven at low temperatures. The result is aromatic and tasty results. The appearance, structure, minerals and vitamins of the food remain intact.

Safety and convenience: the door opens without steam emissions and the food can be removed immediately.

Automatic Keep Warm function - Keep food warm automatically

Once cooking is finished, food is kept warm for up to 15 minutes, without compromising its quality. For this reason, even late arrivals are no problem.
