This 60cm Professional Series built-in electric oven, featuring Total Steam and a self-cleaning pyrolytic coating, offers a best-in-class cavity capacity of 76 litres. Its 11 functions make it ideal for medium- to low-temperature cooking, such as baking or recipes that require slow cooking, like casseroles. The conventional mode is perfect for baking cakes, while the fan-assisted mode ensures even heat distribution across all five levels for roasting and baking without flavor crossover. The infrared grill provides intense searing and grilling over a large surface area. Controlling the oven is easy thanks to the practical metal or titanium-finish metal knobs and the simple TFT display, guaranteeing excellent flexibility when choosing cooking modes. This display also allows for simple management of the food probe and Bertazzoni Assistant. The soft-opening door, with a metal or titanium-finish metal handle, and a quadruple-glazed door for safety and efficiency. The Total Steam function helps you cook quick and healthy dishes thanks to water vapor that preserves flavors, nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. This makes cooking vegetables, fish, and meat quick and efficient. The water tank can be removed and refilled without interrupting the cooking program. Pyrolytic cleaning uses high-temperature cleaning and sterilization without the need for detergents, leaving your oven sparkling clean and completely sanitized.
