Assisted steam cooking - In combination with certain functions and thanks to the new internal cavity of the ovens, the evaporating water generates high-quality steam that promises an increasingly high-performance and integrated cooking experience. Thanks to the double heating element, the water at the bottom of the cavity evaporates and the humidity makes the food crispy on the outside and juicy and soft on the inside. Steam cook with less than 150 ml of water! After adding the water, choose which of the 3 available settings is best for you.

PLUSES AND FUNCTIONS

Pizza: allows you to cook pizza like in a wood-fired oven.

Traditional cooking: the heat is produced by the lower or upper heating element.

Fan-assisted: the heat from the lower and upper heating elements is fan-assisted.

Circular heating element + fan: the hot air, produced by the rear circular heating element, is fan-assisted.

Rapid heating: allows you to reach a temperature of 200°C in a short time.

Grill: used for gratinating. Suitable for grilling thin meats.

Double grill: allows you to brown larger surfaces than the grill, as well as providing greater browning power, for faster browning of foods.
