The Vert 275 model is a very light, easy to handle vertical slicer that can be easily positioned on a 70 cm shelf. Due to its minimal overall dimensions, it is the professional electric slicer preferred by bartenders and restaurateurs who run small businesses. In Northern Europe, however, it is highly appreciated because it is ideal for slicing the characteristic Nordic cured meats and sausages with small circumferences.

Like all vertical slicers, it has the advantage of offering high precision and uniformity of cutting, which allows you to enhance the flavors by creating very thin slices. This makes it the entry-level model among the excellent professional slicers, which requires some technical expertise on the part of the operator, but allows you to amaze customers with superfine cuts.

Small and compact cured meat slicer

The Mirra 275 Vert model has a cured meat plate and is therefore suitable for slicing hams, mortadella, salami and all types of cured meats. It is particularly convenient for handling cured meats with a small or medium diameter.

The SIRMAN gravity slicer is a professional machine designed primarily for the needs of catering and large-scale retail trade. Each model is calibrated for a specific use, so as to always offer the best performance and the most useful functions for different types of activities.

The vertical slicer

In the panorama of slicers, the vertical one is a high-end product and allows for particularly fine and precise cuts. It is also more technical from a structural point of view and can be equipped with two different types of plates: the specific plate for cured meats and the specific one for fresh meats.

Vertical models allow for greater precision thanks to the manual push that tends to bring the product closer to the blade uniformly and are suitable for those who prefer a perfect and uniform cutting thickness, even on large products.
