SAFETY FUNCTION BLOCK

Allows you to set, via a combination of keys, a command lock, preventing accidental changes to the settings from occurring of the oven.

TOUCH CONTROL SCREEN

High definition Touch Control screen that allows precise, simple and intuitive display of the various cooking parameters and oven settings.

TIMER

Allows you to establish a precise timing (from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 99-600 minutes depending on the models) for automatic switching off of the selected cooking zone, ensuring precise control over cooking and limiting energy waste.

< strong>SAFETY SHUT-OFF

Once the limit switch-on time at a given power has elapsed, the hob switches off automatically in order to limit the damage of any forgetfulness on the part of the user .

INDUCTION

With induction the heat is generated only on the bottom of the pan and transmitted directly to the food to be cooked . Thanks to an efficiency of 90%, cooking times are greatly speeded up. The surface of the hob remains cold to ensure greater safety during use and facilitate cleaning operations.

POWER LIMITER

This function allows you to define and set the maximum power that the hob is able to absorb; by doing so, you are able to avoid the risks of energy overload.

BRIDGE FUNCTION

Allows you to connect two zones adjacent cooking areas on the hob, expanding the support area. It is particularly useful in the case of large cooking instruments.

BOOSTER FUNCTION

Reduces the cooking time of the individual area by increasing the power of the floor to the maximum. It is particularly suitable for heating large quantities of liquids.

OVERFILL ALARM

If a liquid is spilled on the surface and ends up above the control area, the hob emits an acoustic signal and switches off automatically until the liquid is removed.

RESIDUAL HEAT INDICATOR< /p>

The display shows, via the H symbol, the possible presence of residual heat on the hob, generated by that reflected from the bottom of the cooking instrument.

INTEGRATED EXTRACTION

The integrated hood, installed flush with the hob, is so effective that it frees the air almost completely from odors and water vapour. The filter can be removed and washed in the dishwasher.
