This 60cm built-in electric oven from the Modern Series offers the largest cavity in its category: 76 litres. Thanks to its 11 functions, it is ideal for cooking at medium-low temperatures, as in the case of leavened products or recipes that require slow cooking, such as casserole cooking. Static cooking is perfect for cakes, while ventilated cooking ensures uniform heat distribution on all five levels for roasting and baking without the flavors mixing. The infrared grill guarantees intense searing and grilling on large surfaces. The large TFT display and full touch controls make it easy to set and monitor food during cooking. This display also allows simple management of the food probe and the Bertazzoni Assistant.
