Traditional cooking: the heat is produced by the lower or upper heating element.

Fan grill: the grill combined with the fan distributes heat evenly.

Double grill: allows you to brown larger surfaces than with the grill.

Double fan grill: allows for even cooking and excellent surface browning.

Fan: the heat from the lower and upper heating elements is fanned.
