The various timing functions are therefore simple to set and clearly legible. The URBANTECH oven fully expresses a unique and essential design that does not go unnoticed. This model has an ultra black enameled cooking compartment and an internal capacity of 89 liters, it is also equipped with an important safety system that includes tangential cooling ventilation.

The standard accessories include a set of fully extractable telescopic guides, an enamelled tray, a rotisserie kit and a flat grill.

Halogen lighting - The three offset light points offer excellent internal visibility: it is possible to easily monitor the progress of food cooking.

Cold door - The four heat-reflecting glasses ensure an external surface of the door that is warm to the touch even during the pyrolysis cleaning cycle.
