The unmistakable design of Smeg appliances embraces the new range of Galileo ovens. A 60 cm platform accommodates the largest combined microwave oven ever: SPEEDWAVEXL. 5 cooking levels are concealed by an elegant aesthetic which, in a single appliance, combines traditional cooking with microwave cooking, for excellent cooking results.

INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

The SPEEDWAVEXL microwave combi oven is equipped with the most innovative technologies. Inverter technology produces a continuous flow of microwaves which, unlike traditional microwave ovens, causes less thermal stress on the ingredients. The Stirrer technology allows a conical distribution of the waves, so as to overcome the need for a turntable, obtaining a perfectly uniform cooking.

SAVINGS OF TIME

Thanks to the combination of traditional and microwave cooking, the SPEEDWAVEXL oven reduces preparation times by up to 40% and achieves energy savings. In fact, the speed of cooking does not produce greater consumption! Thanks to the production of continuous microwaves, cooking is faster and there is no need to pre-heat the oven.

SIMPLICITY OF USE

The new EVOscreen is enriched with new color graphics: 5 touch buttons control functions and parameters in a simple and intuitive way , leaving them always visible and monitored during cooking. It is also possible to manage the main accessories directly on the display: BBQ, AIR-FRY and PIZZA STONE.

HOW TO BEST USE SPEEDWAVEXL

To obtain best results with SpeedwaveXL we recommend placing the ingredients on the second level from the bottom, to allow the microwaves to expand and cook the dishes perfectly evenly. It is also advisable to use a pyrex dish during microwave cooking.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

It is possible to use practical optional accessories to enrich the experience cooking and get the most out of the Speedwave oven. The Airfry pan allows you to cook excellent fried food with a lower amount of cooking fat, the BBQ pan allows you to cook meat, fish and vegetables in the best possible way. Thanks to STONE, the refractory stone, the perfect pizza is ready in just 4 minutes.
