Professional Plus - Induction hobs

Professional Plus induction hobs are a safe, fast and functional system for cooking, using the most modern technologies combined with an essential and refined design. They are available in different sizes and versions: from 60 cm to 4 zones, from 90 cm to 5 zones with knobs, from 90 cm with integrated extractor hood or with slide touch controls. Ease of cleaning, energy saving, safety, versatile regulation of temperature and cooking speed are some of the advantages that induction guarantees, helping to facilitate the preparation of dishes and recipes.

Residual heat indicator

Indicates that the glass is hot and therefore care must be taken when touching it and placing objects on it that could be damaged.

On induction hobs that are equipped with it, it allows you to control 2 adjacent zones simultaneously with a single command as if they were a single zone.

Booster function

Allows you to concentrate all the power of the induction hob in the chosen area, to speed up boiling times and baking.

Child Safety

Once this feature is set and until it is turned off, the plan the induction does not turn on using the controls.

Liquid overheating and overflow protection

If the flat gets hot or overflows liquids, a safety device intervenes which interrupts operation.
