This brand new hob is designed to cook with different sized pans and offers exceptional ergonomics. It features a function to connect two cooking zones (both on the left and right side), ensuring uniform power and temperature, even when using larger pans. The sliding touch control manages direct control of each cooking zone, allowing you to easily adjust all functions. It offers functions to melt butter and chocolate without burning them; for slow cooking or to keep prepared dishes warm and to reheat sauces and creams; to simmer dishes without boiling over. The extreme power allows you to bring water to the boil in just a few minutes; you can adjust the heat simply by moving the pan from one cooking zone to another, taking advantage of the pre-set power levels (which activate automatically when they detect a pot or pan).

Do you need to leave the kitchen while cooking? Just a gesture, put all the activated functions on standby. Just press a button to restart them with the previous settings.

Just set the minutes and the countdown begins. At the end, it will automatically turn off the cooking zone, emitting an acoustic signal. Simply press the 'touch' control and the independent timers will activate in multiple zones at the same time.
