It goes without saying that BORA Professional 3.0 takes cooking enjoyment and fume extraction to a new level in terms of aesthetics, functionality and convenience, making a statement in the sophisticated kitchen. The flagship BORA cooktop extractor system is one of two modular systems that can be freely combined with one, two or more cooktops. It features larger, individually configurable cooktops with a depth of 540 mm and innovative analogue-digital operation via rotary controls and touch options.

Built-in cooktops offer maximum space for cooking, even when placing larger cookware behind each other. Many practical functions, such as the child lock and pause function, can be activated quickly and efficiently using the extractor's central control lever. Parts exposed to cooking fumes can be easily removed through the large, easily accessible inlet opening. They are dishwasher-safe, taking up very little space. The system stands out for the aesthetics and tactile feel of the black glass control knobs located on the front of the cooker. The cutting-edge design is complemented by the crisp, white LED display.

BORA PKFI3 PRO:

The cooktop offers extremely precise control thanks to the combination of a traditional knob and a central touchscreen interface with a high-definition LED display. All settings are immediate and intuitive: simply rotate the control or touch the sensitive surface to quickly access the various functions.

The large “FULL” induction areas, available in the 230 x 230 mm and 230 x 460 mm formats, guarantee great flexibility in the kitchen, especially when the Bridge function is activated, which allows you to expand the cooking space.

Each setting is always clearly visible thanks to the direct display of the power level or the selected function on the hob, in addition to the indications on the control knob.

Three heat maintenance levels are available with a constant temperature settable at 42°C, 74°C or 94°C, ideal for different preparation and service needs.

The Bridge function allows you to connect two cooking zones, creating a single, larger surface, controllable via a single control dedicated to power regulation.

For greater safety, there is a child lock, designed to prevent accidental switching on or unauthorised use of the hob. hob.

The automatic switch-off function stops the operation of the selected zone once the programmed time has elapsed.

The integrated timer alerts the user at the end of the set time with both acoustic and visual signals.

Through the settings menu it is also possible to activate the demo mode, which allows you to use all the control functions without starting the heating of the cooking zones.

The practical pause function instead allows you to temporarily suspend all active areas quickly; Once deactivated, the system automatically resumes with the previously selected settings.
