It further reduces the cooking time of the individual cooking zone by raising the temperature to the maximum for a period of 10 minutes and immediately returning it to the standard level. It is especially useful for heating large quantities of liquids in a very short time.

SELECTIVE PAN DETECTION

The induction plate only works if the hob detects its presence on itself of a metal cooking tool of suitable size, which emanates a magnetic field, thus preventing other metal objects left inadvertently on the hob from triggering the ignition.

RESIDUAL HEAT LIGHT

The display shows with the H symbol the presence of residual heat, generated by that reflected from the bottom of the cooking instrument.

INDUCTION

The heat is generated only at the bottom of the pan and transmitted directly to the food to be cooked. Thanks to an efficiency of 90%, times are significantly reduced. The surface remains cold: thus the surfaces are safer and cleaning operations easier.

BRIDGE FUNCTION

This function allows you to connect, vertically , two adjacent cooking zones, thus widening the area on which to place the pans.

POWER LIMITER

Thanks to this function, it is possible to set the maximum power that the hob can absorb, thus avoiding the risk of overloading
