COPPER

The Copper finish is obtained by treating the steel with a physical process called PVD (Phisical Vacuum Deposition) which deposits particles of noble metals on the surface. The result is a unique and refined aesthetic effect, and an improvement in the mechanical properties of the steel which is more resistant to impacts and scratches.

UNDER-KNOB IGNITION

Maximum freedom of movement with the under-knob electric ignition, a feature common to all models, which allows the flame to be activated with just one hand.

III SERIES BURNERS

3rd series burners: 20% gas saving. They guarantee efficiency well above European standards. Furthermore, the better combustion of the gas allows for greater power to be developed. From a safety point of view, the blocking system between the lid and the flame spreader guarantees perfect positioning and greater ease of cleaning.

SPECIAL BURNERS

Many Foster hobs they are equipped with special burners, with two or three crowns of fire which greatly increase the power delivered and the directly heated surface. Furthermore, in the DUAL models the two crowns of fire are independent, making these burners perfect for both intensive and delicate cooking.

SAFE COOKING

All Foster hobs they are equipped with safety valves which, in the event of the flame accidentally going out, interrupt the gas supply very quickly.

CAST IRON GRILLS

Cast iron is the perfect material for the grill of a hob due to the many properties that distinguish it: high thermal capacity which improves cooking performance; weight and stability that improve safety; robustness that keeps the original appearance unchanged over time; easy to clean.

INCLINATED POT

The inclined container combines the sink and hob in the same collection, creating a highly classy combination that is functional in use and in cleaning surfaces.

ULTRAFLAT

The ultra-flat models are the classic example of the meeting between aesthetics and functionality. Elegant grids, which form a single large surface, on which to move the pans in complete safety.
