Hybrid Hob 90

The hybrid hob combines the advantages of induction and the specificity of the brass gas wok burner (4.0 kW). The induction hob has four zones with nine different intensity levels. The hob is equipped with touch slider controls and digital display of the power selected for each cooking zone, end-of-cooking timer (automatic switch-off) and the possibility of selecting the keep-warm mode. The safety system includes automatic pan detection, safety switch, residual heat indicator light (H) and Stop-Gas function for the wok burner.

The hob is supplied with accessories: scraper for cleaning the surface, cast iron adapter for Wok, reduction for small pans.

The Fulgor Milano hobs in this line are characterised by the glass-ceramic surface. Modern induction technology ensures rapid energy-saving heat production as well as precise and effective power regulation.

Wok with dual regulation

High-power wok burner, modular and flexible in use thanks to the dual control system to select and combine the different rings according to needs; comes with a cast iron adapter to position the wok pans.
