It goes without saying that BORA Professional 3.0 takes cooking enjoyment and fume extraction to a new level in terms of aesthetics, functionality and convenience, and makes a statement with its sophisticated kitchen style. The flagship BORA cooktop extractor system is one of two modular systems that you can freely combine with one, two or more cooktops. It features larger, individually configurable cooktops with a depth of 540 mm and innovative analogue-digital operation via knobs and touch options.

The built-in cooktops offer maximum space for cooking, even when placing larger cookware behind each other. Many convenient functions, such as the child lock and pause function, can be activated quickly and efficiently with the extractor's central control lever. Parts exposed to cooking fumes can be easily removed through the large, easily accessible inlet opening. They are dishwasher-safe, taking up very little space. The system stands out for the aesthetics and tactile feel of the black glass control knobs located on the front of the cooker. The cutting-edge design is completed by the well-defined white LED display.

Advanced control system that combines a practical traditional knob with a central touch interface with a high-definition LED display, allowing you to manage all functions quickly, intuitively and immediately.

Three heat maintenance settings are available with a stable temperature selectable at 42°C, 74°C or 94°C.

Hyper technology ensures high performance thanks to a radiant zone capable of reaching up to 50% more power in Power mode.

The presence of a larger additional heating circuit offers greater flexibility during cooking and can be activated with extreme simplicity.

The child safety system prevents accidental switching on or unauthorized use of the hob.

The automatic switch-off function interrupts operation of the selected zone once the programmed time has elapsed.

The integrated timer signals the end of the set time with light and sound alerts.

Thanks to the pause mode, it is possible to temporarily suspend all cooking zones and then resume with the previously selected settings.

The automatic start of cooking allows the zone to initially operate at maximum power and then automatically reduce to the desired level.

Through the settings menu, it is also possible to activate the demo mode, which keeps all the control functions available but disables the actual heating of the cooking zones.
