It goes without saying that BORA Professional 3.0 takes cooking enjoyment and fume extraction to a new level in terms of aesthetics, functionality and convenience, and makes a statement with its sophisticated kitchen style. The flagship BORA cooktop extractor system is one of two modular systems that you can freely combine with one, two or more cooktops. It features larger, individually configurable cooktops with a depth of 540 mm and innovative analogue-digital operation via knobs and touch options.

The built-in cooktops offer maximum space for cooking, even when placing larger cookware behind each other. Many convenient functions, such as the child lock and pause function, can be activated quickly and efficiently with the extractor's central control lever. Parts exposed to cooking fumes can be easily removed through the large, easily accessible inlet opening. They are dishwasher-safe, taking up very little space. The system stands out for the aesthetics and tactile feel of the black glass control knobs located on the front of the cooker. The cutting-edge design is completed by the white LED display with its well-defined lines.

BORA PKCB3 PRO:

The control system combines a practical traditional knob with a central touch interface featuring a high-definition LED display, allowing you to manage all functions quickly, intuitively and conveniently by turning the knob or simply touching the sensitive surface.

Three heat retention levels are available with a constant temperature selectable at 42°C, 74°C or 94°C.

The grill zone integrates a heating element that extends across the entire surface, which can be easily activated according to use requirements.

It is also possible to conveniently insert a second or third larger cooking circuit, to adapt the heated space to different types of pans.

The child safety lock prevents accidental switching on or unauthorised use of the hob.

The programmed switch-off function automatically interrupts operation of the selected zone when the selected temperature is reached. the set time expires.

The integrated timer emits both an audible and visual warning when the user-defined time has elapsed.

Pause mode allows you to temporarily suspend all active zones with a single command, subsequently restoring the previous settings without changes.

Thanks to the automatic cooking start function, the selected zone initially operates at maximum power and then automatically reduces the level to the set value to continue cooking.

The demo mode can be activated via the settings menu, which allows you to view and use all the control functions while keeping the hob heating disabled.
