Product Details

The two 13 cm woofers are equipped with Duocell membranes, produced using a thermoplastic moulding process developed by Cabasse. Although they are light, they have great strength and internal damping. The thickness of the material has also been increased in high-stress areas using an exponential sliding profile. With all this, the membranes are able to convert the forces acting on them into a lively and realistic sound without hindrance.

In addition to fully automated production at Cabasse, a large number of measurements are carried out in the anechoic chamber, both on-axis and at different angles around the speaker. This HDSE principle results in excellent control over the omnidirectional behaviour. The direct and reflected sound always remain homogeneous and the image of the room is wide and constant.
