Musical Fidelity M6s PRX 230W Stereo Power Amplifier Black

The M6s PRX model, behind its classic and elegant look, displays power and features of the highest level. Its construction is completely dual-mono, symmetrical and with a sophisticated double inductance power supply filtering system. The double coil power supply filtering system at the input to the amplifier, is derived from tube amplifiers, and reduces RF and HF contamination in the power supply stage as well as significantly increasing the instantaneous power of transients. Musical Fidelity is the only company to still use it today, since 1987, in a transistor amplifier.

The circuit design of the M6s PRX is based on that of the flagship Titan model. It has 8 output transistors per channel, very low distortion, low output impedance and excellent ability to drive difficult loads. The sound is detailed, fast and without fatigue, never harsh or hard. The transients are very powerful, but above all their recovery is instantaneous.

The input equipment is particularly complete: 1 balanced XLR input, 2 unbalanced RCA inputs. Double gold-plated output terminals per channel, 1 RCA loop output.
