The I25 is an award-winning full-size modular integrated amplifier featuring our UFDP 2 amplifier technology, delivering 100 watts of power per channel, with the option to add Prisma digital-to-analogue converter and network player modules at any time.

Technology

The I25 modular integrated amplifier is the latest iteration of Primare's now iconic integrated amplifiers and among the first to use our new UFPD 2 power system, a radical reworking of Primare's award-winning all-analogue Class D UFPD technology.

Delivering 100 watts into 8 ohms of absolutely linear UFPD 2 amplification across the entire audible bandwidth, the I25 delivers a naturally fast, clean and agile sound with an unprecedented ability to bring music to life.

The I25's modular design allows a sophisticated digital-to-analogue converter module to be added to the amplifier at any time to analog, DM36, as well as a Prisma network player module, SM35, for unprecedented system customization.

The I25 continues the Primare tradition of delivering stunning performance from compact, elegantly designed integrated amplifiers that are easy to install in any living environment.

Modular design and system building

We believe it is essential to offer modularity wherever possible to get the right features, both now and in the future. Modular design is present in the I25 and I35 modular integrated amplifiers, as well as the PRE35 modular preamplifier, all of which are upgradeable with DAC and Prisma modules, as well as the CD35 CD player to which the Prisma module can be added, either at the time of purchase or at a later date. As a result, we are able to offer a carefully considered range of models and configurations to enable selection of the device that best suits any system requirement. For example, a CD35 with a Prisma module installed can be paired with an I35 integrated amplifier, allowing a separation of the analogue and digital stages. Alternatively, an I35 with DAC and Prisma modules installed can be paired with a DD35 CD transport, allowing multi-room and multi-zone playback of every input, both analogue and digital.
