Pro-Ject MaiA DS2 Stereo Integrated Amplifier Silver

The Pro-Ject MaiA DS2 is the all-rounder among the audiophile integrated amplifiers from Pro-Ject. It impresses with a built-in phono preamplifier, the aptX-compatible Bluetooth® receiver, which enables playback from smartphones, tablets, laptops and computers, an integrated D/A converter and the powerful headphone connection. This also earns a 'HIGHLIGHT' from Stereoplay magazine!

The Pro-Ject MaiA DS2 works with a powerful digital power amplifier that can deliver up to twice the 135 watts of continuous power. Digital amplifiers from Pro-Ject have a high level of efficiency: around 80% of the electricity is converted into power. With conventional amplifiers, this value is often less than half. The solid brushed aluminum housing, available in silver or black, protects against electromagnetic interference and (microphonic) vibrations.

The CD player (without integrated D/A converter) Pro-Ject CD Box DS2 T, which is connected to one of the digital inputs of the Pro-Ject MaiA DS2, is recommended as a natural playing partner.

The D/A converter of the Pro-Ject MaiA DS2 is also "Roon Tested" certified.

Very practical: the amplifier outputs a switching voltage of 12V, corresponding to the stand-by button. Connected with switching cables, several devices of the DS2 line can be conveniently switched on and off together by pressing a button on the amplifier or the included remote controls.
