The Rotel C8+ Custom Installation Amplifier benefits from 60 years of audio engineering in terms of performance, sound quality and lasting value.

The C8+ delivers 150 Watts of Class AB power to 8 discrete channels and into a 4 ohm connected load. The 8 channels can also be bridged for a total power of 300 Watts for 4 channels.

It uses an oversized custom made toroidal transformer that drives 32 high current output transistors, fed by a series of storage and filter capacitors, which guarantee deep, fast and controlled bass, with all musical genres.

The C8+ has 4 analog inputs and 4 digital inputs, 2 coaxial and 2 optical (24 bit/192 kHz) that can be routed to each of the 8 zones with an internal matrix switching system, in addition to the PA exclusion function, which allows instantaneous announcements to be transmitted to all zones.

The display and push-button controls on the front panel allow input selection, independent setting for each zone of volume, bass and treble, ensuring maximum flexibility of configuration, based on listening preferences, the speakers used and the characteristics of the room. The complete setup is also available remotely via IP/RS232, so you can control and configure it even when installed in a rack or in a hard-to-reach technical cabinet. The 12 Volt trigger command allows you to both turn it on and off remotely.

The speaker terminals are removable Phoenix type with safety catches, allowing for pre-wired and non-reverseable installations.

The 2U chassis is designed to be custom rack-mounted, with no need for upper or lower space for ventilation. All rack mounting hardware is included with the amplifier.
