Minimalistic Series h 28 cm: the drawer for serving large tables
The GW252100 is the double-compartment Haute Cuisine warming drawer from the Minimalistic series in the Gaggenau Onyx finish. At 28 cm in height and with a net volume of 52 liters, it easily handles service for 12 people with plates, tureens, and serving dishes. The flush-fitting installation integrates it perfectly into the tall unit, and the handle-less drawer opens with the push-to-open function. An additional rack is included that creates a second load level to double the capacity for simultaneously managing different types of containers.

Additional rack: two levels to organize the service
The supplied rack creates a second level inside the drawer, allowing you to separate and organize different types of dishes or keep different preparations warm at the same temperature. The usable internal dimensions — W 548 mm × H 232 mm × D 410 mm — offer generous space to manage the service of a large table. The maximum load capacity remains 25 kg, ensuring solidity and stability even with heavy loads.

Six cooking and keeping warm functions
Like the 14 cm high model, the GW252100 goes well beyond simple keeping warm. Direct temperature selection between 30°C and 80°C allows you to preheat cups and containers, warm pots and plates, keep meals warm, cook at low temperatures with absolute precision, prove dough, dry herbs and fruit, melt chocolate, and gently defrost food. Six functions in a single 28 cm module.

52-liter capacity: handles a full service
The 52-liter net volume allows you to handle a full service for 12 people, with ø 27 cm plates, soup tureens, additional bowls, and serving platters. The safety glass bottom and hygienic stainless steel chamber ensure easy cleaning and zero risk of contamination. The heating system distributes heat evenly throughout the cavity, maintaining a stable and uniform temperature throughout.

Home Connect and customization
Using Gaggenau Home Connect, you can unlock 16 additional programs with recipes and specific suggestions for low-temperature cooking, proofing, and keeping warm. Remote control allows you to activate the drawer in advance or monitor its status from your smartphone. The status indicator on the frame informs you at a glance of the operating mode, even when the drawer is closed.

Niche without rear panel, height 280 mm, width 560 + 8 mm. Front projection 21 mm. GO/GS/GM/GC installation directly above without intermediate shelf. Socket can be positioned behind the appliance.
