The GW251100 is the Haute Cuisine warming drawer from the Minimalistic series in the Gaggenau Onyx finish. Just 14 cm tall, it combines professional warming functions, low-temperature cooking, and much more, integrating flush into the column with the same aesthetic standards as the other appliances in the series. The handle-free drawer opens with a simple push-to-open touch, and the interior lighting visually enhances the contents at all times.

The GW251100 does more than just keep meals warm: the direct temperature selection between 30°C and 80°C allows you to use it to preheat small containers and cups, warm pots and plates, keep meals warm for serving, cook at low temperatures with absolute precision, prove dough at a controlled temperature, dry herbs and fruit, melt chocolate, and gently defrost food. Six cooking and preparation methods in a module measuring just 14 cm.

Capacity and interior dimensions: designed for table service
With a net volume of 20 litres and usable interior dimensions of W 548 mm × H 92 mm × D 410 mm, the GW251100 comfortably handles service for 6 people, including plates and tureens of ø 27 cm, additional bowls and a serving platter depending on the size. The maximum load capacity is 25 kg. The safety glass bottom is hygienic and easy to clean. The heating system ensures even heat distribution and a stable temperature throughout the cavity.

Home Connect: 16 additional programs and remote control
With Gaggenau Home Connect, you can unlock 16 additional programs tailored to specific preparations, access recipes and cooking tips, control and monitor the appliance remotely, and adjust the operating time from your mobile device. The status indicator is visible on the drawer frame, allowing you to check at a glance whether it is operating even when it is closed. The customization function via Home Connect allows you to save your favorite settings.

Installation in the column and compatibility
Can be installed in a 14 cm recess without a rear panel. Front projection 21 mm. GO/GS/GM/GC appliances can be installed directly above the drawer without an intermediate shelf. If the drawer is installed above a dishwasher, a dedicated built-in niche is required. The electrical socket can be provided behind the appliance.
