The GW251130 is the Haute Cuisine drawer from the Minimalistic series in the Gaggenau Sterling finish, a refined shade with metallic particles that give brightness and depth to the surface. Just 14 cm high, it integrates six cooking and holding functions, fitting flush with the tall unit. The handleless design with push-to-open opening and internal lighting make it an elegant and functional module at the same time.

In addition to the classic keep-warm function at a selectable temperature between 30°C and 80°C, the GW251130 allows you to preheat cups and small containers, heat pans and plates, cook at low temperatures with absolute precision, leaven dough at a controlled temperature, dry herbs and fruit, melt chocolate in a natural bain-marie and gently defrost food without thermal shock. A range of applications rarely found in such a compact module.

Net volume of 20 liters, internal dimensions W 548 mm × H 92 mm × D 410 mm. Handles a service for 6 people with ø 27 cm plates, tureens, additional bowls and a serving platter.
