In this way, Miele has reduced its water consumption by 85% over the last 30 years. Electricity consumption also drops: in the ECO programme, Miele dishwashers reach a value of just 0.83 kWh.

ECOPOWER TECHNOLOGY - Innovative water guide, water-saving washing

In the ECO programme, water consumption has been reduced to 8.9 litres. In this way, even less energy is needed for heating and the dishwasher is energy efficient. Saving water is possible thanks to an intelligent inflow system and a new and very effective filter system. Further insulation reduces heat losses and therefore the energy needed to heat the water.
