The Rotel RC-1590MKII is a reference preamplifier that reproduces analog and digital sources with natural sound and a wide soundstage.

The new Rotel RC-1590MKII is powered by dual custom toroidal transformers.

The transformers are physically and electrically isolated, providing dedicated analog and digital supply voltages for all critical circuitry through ESR slit-foil capacitors that eliminate unwanted distortion, with an extremely low noise floor.

Digital source inputs are processed using a Texas Instruments 32-bit/384kHz audiophile-grade digital-to-audio converter (DAC), with custom-designed, proprietary, acoustically equalized external output filter circuits that reproduce even the finest details with exceptional clarity and exact positioning.

Analog signal paths feature DIRECT-PATH bypass modes that eliminate unnecessary circuitry while maintaining signal integrity and further reduce unwanted noise and distortion, bringing you even closer and more immersed in your music.
