Simply rotate the central flap to activate the suction of NikolaTesla Switch Glow which releases all its power for a counter total air, representing the maximum expression of technology and design. The central element rotates 360 degrees and has a double aesthetic finish, glass on one side and black painted aluminum on the other for a material effect.

The command interface is intuitive and easy to use thanks with 5 scrolling touch screens, one for each of the 4 cooking zones and one for extraction. When cooking is finished and the product is off, the absence of screen printing gives visual uniformity to the black glass top.

Thanks to the solution patented by Elica, the ceramic odor filters are easily extracted from above with the aid of a practical ribbon.

The product is supplied complete to be installed (in the basic filtering version). Inside the packaging there is already everything needed to install the Nikolatesla with ducted outlet up to the plinth, including the exclusive chromed profile that finishes the cut of the plinth necessary for the air outlet.

AIRMATIC

The Airmatic function automatically takes care of the air in your home throughout the day. The sensor recognizes air quality even beyond the moment of cooking, detecting unpleasant odors and vapors but also pollutants such as cleaning solvents, cigarette smoke and all volatile organic compounds (VOCs). With this information, the hood automatically adjusts the suction flow and when the air quality has returned to an optimal level, it switches off by itself, avoiding energy waste. This technology achieves the best balance between ease of use, energy efficiency and noise.

LONG LIFE FILTER++

Odor Filter that for by its nature it has the ability to regenerate and last up to a maximum of 3 years compared to standard filters which last on average from 3 to 6 months thus avoiding unnecessary replacements and waste. To maintain these characteristics, the filter must be washed every 2 or 3 months with hot water and a delicate detergent or in the dishwasher at 65° and dried in the oven for 10 minutes at 100°. The advanced technology allows this filter an excellent filtering efficiency (>80 %).

EASY MAINTENANCE

The product was made with materials, finishes and/or devices such that ordinary maintenance and cleaning operations (access to grease filters, odor filters, general cleaning of the hood is internal and external) are quick and easy to perform.

MAINTENANCE ALARM

Products equipped with this function are equipped with a light indicator which provides an alert when the grease filters and odor filters are about to reach their maximum saturation. So you'll always know when you need to wash or replace them and you'll be able to keep your product clean and functional over time.

WARMING MODE

The feature is designed for slow cooking preparations, it is ideal for heating liquid dishes such as milk and broths, but also creams and sauces, without having to worry about their overheating. Furthermore, with Warming Mode you can keep ready-made food warm while other preparations are still in progress.

BRIDGE ZONE

STOP & GO

Sometimes it happens that you suddenly have to leave the kitchen right in the middle of preparing a recipe, interrupting the cooking of the food. Stop&Go allows you to suspend, with a single gesture, all the functions active on the hob and then restart them by restoring the previous settings by simply pressing a button, combining safety, cooking results and multitasking management.

RECALL

In the event of accidental switching off of the hob, the Recall function, if activated within 6 seconds, allows you to restore the settings set before the interruption with a gesture both of all the cooking zones and of the extraction.

CHILD LOC K

For those with children at home, the Child Lock function is invaluable to prevent accidental activation of the cooking zones or aspiration. The function can be activated with the product on, but with the cooking areas and extraction off.

TIMER

Forget about time cooking dishes by activating the timer. Just set the minutes and start the countdown, at the end the cooking zone will automatically switch off and an acoustic signal will sound. You can set independent timers on multiple zones simultaneously via the touch remote.
