​The NikolaTesla Libra interface is extremely intuitive to use thanks to a single direct slider that controls the cooking and suction functions.

The suction hob is equipped with an integrated scale. It is in fact possible to weigh directly in the pan, at any temperature level, adding the ingredients one after the other during the cooking phases.

LONG LIFE FILTER ++

Long Life Filter ++ is the innovative filter designed by Elica for maximum performance. This filter guarantees a filtering efficiency that exceeds 80%, compared to a market average that stops at 60%. This type of odor filter has the ability to regenerate itself and last up to a maximum of 3 years, thus avoiding frequent replacements and waste. To maintain these characteristics, the filter must be regenerated every 2 or 3 months, following a simple procedure to always have it as good as new. The perfect solution for those who engage in demanding and prolonged cooking.

EASY MAINTENANCE

Keeping your hood clean not only guarantees maximum hygiene in the kitchen, but also ensures a longer life for the product. Elica models are designed with materials and finishes that make maintenance operations immediate. All components, such as grease and odor filters, are easily accessible and removable, so they can be washed or replaced quickly.

AUTOCAPTURE

With Autocapture you won't have to worry about adjusting the suction based on the cooking processes started, but the hood itself will identify the active cooking zones and set the power accordingly, taking into account the best balance between silence, power and energy efficiency. And once cooking is finished, the system will gradually decrease the speed, so as to eliminate residual vapors and odors. The aspirating hob becomes even more functional and practical, for perfect cooking and optimal suction.

CHILD LOCK

For those with children at home, the Child Lock function is invaluable for preventing accidental switching on of the cooking zones or suction. The function can be activated with the product on, but with the cooking areas and extraction turned off.

TIMER

Forget about the cooking time of dishes by activating the timer. Simply set the minutes and start the countdown, at the end of which the cooking zone will automatically turn off, alerting you with an acoustic signal. It is possible to set independent timers on multiple zones at the same time using the touch remote control.

BRIDGE ZONE

When cooking using elongated or large pots, the risk is that the heat is gradually dispersed on their surface, from the center outwards. The Bridge Zone function solves the problem, connecting two cooking areas into a single larger zone. Same power level, uniform and constant temperature for the best performance of your dishes.

POT DETECTOR

On the surface of the induction hob it is not always easy to identify where to place the pot. With the Pot Detector function, the hob automatically detects the presence of the pan on the cooking zone and delivers power only if the pans are positioned correctly.

POWER LIMITATION

With Power Limitation, you set the maximum power limit absorbed by the product during installation, ensuring that you never exceed the chosen threshold. Cook at your best without interruptions and in complete safety.

STOP&GO

Sometimes it happens that you suddenly have to leave the kitchen right in the middle of preparing a recipe, interrupting the cooking of the food. In this case, activating the Stop&Go function will turn off all the zones in a single gesture, safeguarding the recipes in progress.

KEEP WARM

For those who prepare lunch and dinner in one go, for those who find the dish already ready and only needs to be reheated or for those who have an unexpected event and delay their return home, Elica offers the practical Keep Warm function, which keeps the freshly cooked dishes warm. It is possible to activate Keep Warm on each cooking zone.
