ZEFIRO SANITIZATION SYSTEM

Zefiro is the first system in the world capable of transforming the built-in oven into a real air sanitizer.

Using the appliance's tangential ventilation, the air to be purified is drawn through a series of holes specially located on the rear side of the oven, purified by a germicidal ultraviolet light system and reintroduced into the environment purified of viruses and bacteria. It can operate for time intervals, with reduced consumption, and helps remove unpleasant odors from the kitchen environment.

VEGGY MODE

Designed for those who do not consume meat and fish, it allows you to exclude all those based on animal proteins from the display of automatic cooking programs.

SOFT-TOUCH FINISH ELEMENTS

The Soft-Close hinges are a mechanical device that intervenes in the final closing phase of the oven door, slowing down and cushioning its impact.

EXTRACTABLE GUIDES

The pairs of extractable guides, made of stainless steel, allow easier movement of racks and baking trays, helping when inserting and removing them from the oven.

CUSTOMIZABLE COOKING PROGRAMS

The 60 Touch Screen and Touch Control ovens can record up to a maximum of 30 customized recipes, including multi-phase ones, from the menu that appears at the end of a manual cooking cycle.
