This Heritage Series 60cm built-in electric oven offers the largest cavity in its class: 76 litres. With 9 functions, it is ideal for cooking at medium-low temperatures, such as leavened products or recipes that require slow cooking, such as casseroles. The static mode is perfect for cakes, while the fan mode ensures even heat distribution on all five levels for roasting and baking without flavours mixing. The infrared grill provides intense browning and grilling on a large surface. The oven is easily controlled by metal knobs and accurately by the Bertazzoni analogue thermometer. The door has a practical silent and controlled opening and a metal handle. The double glass ensures safety and efficiency.
