Airforce, in its small way, develops its products with the main objective of eco-sustainability to help reduce as much as possible the environmental impact of any type of human action on Land. E-Cook uses induction precisely to push the user to use an energy that will increasingly derive from renewable sources.

Easy to assemble and even easier to move thanks to the wheels supplied as standard in the product (both easily applicable and removable), the E-Cook platform offers the possibility to choose between two different types or styles of cooking (Induction with glass or Induction with Teppanyaki plate) and two different sizes.

A wide range of accessories gives you the possibility to customize the E-Cook to make it feel even more yours, designed and built by you, your idea for the solution to your needs.

The use of AISI 304 for all the painted metal components, of AISI 316 (the so-called Marine Steel) for all the unpainted metal components, both aesthetic and non-aesthetic and the use of wood as a natural material (Evaporated Lamellar Finger Joint Beech), damage the E -Cook is the necessary quality air to withstand the countless atmospheric conditions of use (sudden changes in temperature, more or less high humidity percentages as well as the presence of salt) and that touch of elegant and contemporary design in harmony with the surrounding environment.

E-Cook is equipped with comfortable and capacious drawers completely made of AISI 316, therefore durable and easy to sanitize, mounted on excellent quality guides equipped with shock absorbers to ensure a soft and silent closing over time, with large and practical work surfaces for have everything close at hand, and a very convenient lower shelf for storing bulky pots and utensils. E-Cook has also been designed to prevent both liquids and foreign bodies from entering the main cell, thus ensuring the safety of both the product and its user and the integrity of all that is allocated in the drawers.

Induction with glass (38cm and 58cm)

E-Cook can be equipped with an induction hob, available in two different configurations: 38cm (2 cooking zones) and 60cm (4 cooking zones). The glass ceramic not only improves the user experience, but also makes the hob very easy to use and gives the whole kitchen a highly technological aspect. In fact, it allows a considerable energy efficiency, making cooking faster and more precise. The touch controls, simple and intuitive, provide immediate access to every function of the hob. In addition, the 60cm hob is equipped with the power limiter, which allows you to adjust the absorbed power to 2.8 - 3.5 - 7.4 kW, to be compatible even with limited energy supplies. Induction hobs have multiple functions including the bridge function. In the case of pots large enough to occupy two contiguous cooking zones, these can be used as a single zone and controlled with a single command.

Another extremely useful function is the Booster, which allows the hob to position yourself at the maximum power level and thus significantly reduce cooking times. After cooking, cleaning the top is extremely simple and fast thanks to the smooth and uniform glass ceramic surface.

E-Cook 150

It is a module cooking that combines space, comfort, design and the possibility of living the kitchen in a new way. E-Cook 150 has two configurations available for cooking: induction with 58cm glass and induction with 60cm teppanyaki plate, both intuitive to use and easy to clean. Drawers, shelves and two spacious wooden worktops for food preparation are the main ingredients of a project that was born as a solution for those who want to cook while having fun without giving up the view of a beautiful landscape by sharing the moment with their guests.

Compatibility

Extremely simple in concept and quick to install, the joining elements allow two or more E-Cooks to be joined together, thus offering the possibility to bring your indoor use experience outdoors. Also made in AISI 304 for the painted metal components and in AISI 316 for the support surfaces, they have the particular characteristic of enclosing an aluminum honeycomb inside with the aim of containing the weight by increasing strength and consistency.
