Made of stainless steel, sturdy and pleasant to the touch, the Barazza hobs knobs allow easy and precise adjustment of the power of the burners or induction zones.

AUTOMATIC PREHEATING FUNCTION

Allows you to reach temperature faster: after selecting a power level, the zone will heat up to the maximum for a period of time and then settle on the selected level.

It reduces the cooking time of the single zone by increasing the power of the hob to the maximum. It is particularly suitable for heating large quantities of liquids.

POWER LIMITER

POT SELECTIVE DETECTION
