Juicy food on the inside and golden brown on the outside - Natural steam

Deliciously juicy and crunchy dishes. To use the Natural Steam function, simply place the dedicated tray on the bottom of the oven and pour water over it, so that steam is created during cooking. The food will thus retain its natural humidity, remaining soft and juicy on the inside, but golden and crispy on the outside.

Air Sous Vide

Cooking your dishes more evenly, without risking overcooking them or drying them out. The Air Sous Vide* system detects the temperature of each cavity and keeps it constant for a long time, in order to obtain perfect cooking, regardless of the oven surface, and soft and juicy dishes.

A special one is required vacuum cooking bag, which is not included with the oven.

Catalytic cleaning

Save time and effort by avoiding scrubbing. The catalytic cleaning system allows you to always keep the oven clean in a very simple way. During cooking, the catalytic coating located at the back of the oven absorbs grease splashes and drips. In this way it cleans automatically, avoiding any effort or expensive detergents.

Meat Probe

Check the internal temperature of your dishes more easily and make sure that are cooked according to your personal taste. The meat probe allows you to monitor the internal temperature of foods - even larger ones - indicating when they have reached cooking, without having to repeatedly open the oven door causing heat dispersion.
